The last couple of years we have used the Mr. Pumpkin Head kits instead of carving or painting pumpkins. I love it because I can poke the holes and the kids can put the parts in. It is so much faster and easier!

That is such a great idea, Harold just gives the boys the drill with different drill bits, but I think I like your idea way better.
Love the potato head idea! Where do you get all your kits?
I bought them at Target a couple of years ago, but I saw them again this year.
